Video:
Whenever I've used video, I've done so as part of an installation context, alongside a 'made' element.

Look Into: Horniman Aquarium: A series of 16 second films. Filmed at the Horniman Museum Aquarium, shown on a 3cm by 5cm screen, viewed through a rectangular reflective tube, at Gallery 46 Project, Peckham 2006.

Selection of the Horniman Aquarium films.

boxwindow
View into the box - The screen is at the end of a 13cm aluminium tunnel. The silver, uneven reflective sides of the tunnel reflect the shimmering movement of the Aquarium.
The viewer scrolls through films using a wooden button on the front of the box.

HandyWork: A video installation, 2002.The film shows only my hands making a tiny wooden hand over time (the course of a day, edited to 24 minutes). There is some sound, (cutting and snipping noises, whistling under my breath etc), but on the whole it is a very quite piece. The screen was a big white hand (75cm base to tip). The film was projected into the palm of the hand.
